TAME HUMAN FIRST

     It we do not tame religion
     in Nigeria, religion will kill us.

Good observation and warning to a nation that is bedevilled by religion. Even when our fathers has no civilization, when they worship whatsoever they believed (many gods,one society), it did  not kill them as now. They respected one another and lived peace. History did not record their fight over god or no god. Their god is their personal life, not a society must. But I believe that the major problems of this religion fighters is lack of reasoning and lack of capacity to contain others. To live sound in a multi religious nation as this, every religion must do all things with reasoning. Know where you are, you are in a nation where people have different religion, same people have right to life and liberty to choose which religion they want to be just as you. You have no right at all to judge anybody wrong for being in a religion. Nigeria is suppose to be a free nation, where our differences are permitted and honoured by others not this clueless zeal of the wicked hearts. Nigeria is not a mono nation where all is bound by one god, it is a multi nation, where people hold different things and persons in esteem, you, at all time must respect that.
    The spirit of a man is subjected to him. Drive your religion. Human beings are the evil disguising under religion. They are the one projecting what is in them against another not religion. If you say some one is a pagan, is killing the next action or showing of love to convert the person? How many can win souls by hatred, hatred repels. We are the one to be tamed first not religion, when we are tamed by good orientation and good sense of identification, we will then be able to have religion as a personal way of life not a force on any one. There is need for sensitization and orientation on who Nigeria is and the best way to live in it in peace, embracing oneness in diversity. There is nothing wrong with Nigeria than we that dwell in it. We are the one causing trouble where there is non. For crying out loud, your religion is not a must for those who do not belief in it. Every one hold their religion sacred, you cannot force people out of it, they all have the liberty, the freedom of being whosoever they choose to be in as much it harmless to the nation.
    Control yourself o, rule your spirit. You are in a nation where people are permitted to serve who they believe in, not a mono nation bound to serve your God. Let the people be, your leader did not instruct you to kill the innocent, if you so much want to covert others, show love not knives. The nation is not founded on one religion, it is founded with many religions. Allow others to be, there is no heaven for murderers. If you are a fanatic, be it in your place of worship, working zealously for who you belief not by destruction, murder or violence  but love and peace. Caution yourself, if you hold your life in esteem, don't waste others. Use your reasoning to know we can never be the same, allow peace to reign, allow everyone to live in their liberty. If you must have people join your religion, use love not dagger.
Leaders of religions caution your followers. Tell them the truth and speak peace to their souls. Religion is to preserve us not kill us, if religion become so dread, hope of many is lost. God is no author of confusion, He cannot turn us against another. Use diplomat to sort out your difference and live in peace. Leaders speak peace to your followers, speak peace. Stop being mean and too domineering. Stop thinking you deserve all and others non. We can dwell in unity if we want. Our religion is not above us, we should put it under control and use it to build a nation not mar it. Every religion is beautiful.
