Water is essential to the body, it is the main component of water, composing about 55% - 78% depending on the body size. Drinking water is not to just to fill the body with this fluid, drinking adequate water has amazing health benefits to the body. We are advised to take at least 8 glass cups of water everyday. 2/3 of our body is made up of water, our tissues, cells are made up of water.

Brain consists of 90% of water
Bone consists of 22% of water
Blood consists of 83% water

We need to drink adequate water to keep our body healthy, let see how water can benefit the body.
