You can loss weight by drinking water

Water is very essential to the body. Adequate water in the body does a whole lot of good. One of such is weight loss.
Drinking water, water loaded fruits and vegetables can help you lose weight.
Let see how,

-Drinking water before meal give less appetite for food, your stomach is filled with water, so you consume less calories leading to weight loss. Drink a glass of water 30 minutes before meal.

-Take water instead of drinking high calorie drink or beverages like milk, soda. This will aid weight loss because the intake of calories is cut down.

-Drinking water increases the rate at which fat burns in the body. It also promote breakdown and removal of fat cells.

-Drinking water mobilise stored up fat into energy. Fat is not stored up in the body.

-'Drinking more water help your body to stop retaining water, leading to loss of extra pounds '

-Drinking ice cold water can help you lose weight. Your body work harder to warm the water up, therefore burning more calories.

Adequate water.
  Drink according to recommendation, at least, 8 glasses of water everyday.

How do you know you have adequate water in the body.
When you visit the toilet, check the colour of your urine - if it is clear or light-yellow in colour, you are well hydrated. If it is darker your urine, you need to drink water. Drink enough  to stay healthy. It may not be easy to drink adequate water but you can, time yourself, set alarm, put your mind on it. If you can maintain this for three days, you will be able to continue as a livestyle.
