Watermelon is a common fruit on our streets. Some buy whole, others buy the ones sliced but they do not know the benefit in eating it.  It has so many benefits to our health and I can recommend it for consumption moderately.
Let look at what it can do in the body. It contains,

1. Magnesium
This mineral play a vital role in the body and brain. Every cell in the body contain and need it to function. It help convert food to energy, helps  create and repair DNA and RNA. It helps regulate the neurotransmitters, which send message  throughout your brain and nervous system. It has anti-inflammatory effect, it can prevent margarine...hood for skin care.
