SworDEvery: TAKING CARE OF THAT MOUTH ODOUR
Mouth odour is when your mouth brings out bad smell. It not something desirable at all, it turns family,colleagues and friends off, they do both want to talk with you, that can't afford to take in the foul smell. Mouth odour can reduce your self esteem and confidence. You are not free to speak up, not even when you have something important to say. Do not to worry anymore, there are ways out. For those who do not have such, you can prevent it.
CAUSES OF MOUTH ODOUR
1. If you eat foods with strong odour (garlic, onions),it can make your mouth smell. The smell will not leave your mouth until it pass through your body.
2. If you do not brush and floss your teeth daily, food particles remain in your, promoting bacteria that will make you mouth to smell.
3. Your mouth can smell if your health is challenged.
4. Your mouth can smell, if you have medical conduction of dry of mouth.
5. Poor filing of dental appliances.
WAYS TO TAKE CARE OF IT
1. Practice food oral hygiene. Brush twice daily to remove food debris and plague. Replace tooth brush every 2-3 months or after illness
2. Stop smoking or chewing tobacco
3. Drink a lot of water, for your mouth to stay hydrated.
4. Review your food and check the ones that make your mouth to smell offensively.
5. Eat fibrous fruits and vegetable. Avoid processed foods.
6. Breath through your nose instead of your mouth.
7. Use mouth wash
8. See your doctor dentist regularly, at least, twice per year.
