Answer
Malaria is a blood disease caused  by female Anopheles mosquito

Answer
When an infected female anopheles mosquito bites human, it transmit the parasite. The parasite simply multiple in the host liver. It reproduces there, infect and destroy the read blood cell.

How deadly is malaria?

Answer
Malaria can kill, if left untreated. This is due to the reproduction rate  of this parasite in the host blood stream.

How does this mosquito get infected?

Answer?
An uninfected mosquito becomes infected once it feeds on an infected person.

What are the symptoms of malaria?

Answer
The symptoms can be categories into two
1. Uncomplicated malaria symptoms: fever, feeling tired, vomiting, head ache.
2. Sever malaria symptoms: fallow skin, seizure, coma...

What are the prevention and control measure against malaria.

Answer
They bate as follow
1. Use mosquito net correctly and consistently
2. Use insect repellant
3. Spray insecticide
4. Keep your surround clean, cut the grasses, drain standing water, keep your gutter clean.

Which other way can one get malaria?

Answer
It can be gotten through
- Organ transplant
- Blood transfusion
- Sharing used needles and syringe.

Fact
There is no vaccine available for prevention of malaria as at now.

The best way to live is to live healthily. Do all to keep mosquitoes away from your soundings, by this you will live free from malaria.

A LITTLE DRAMA ON MOSQUITO NET
   AliD called his friend, ComiD to help him with his small project. ComiD went home with him and he ushered him to the backyard.

AliD
Thank you for coming ComiD. You know it is raining season, I want to make a garden. A small one, for about 25 sticks of maize.

ComiD
Alright. I am at your service. What have you gotten ready for the garden?

AliD
I have this net (He showed him a mosquito net) and we will go to cut few sticks to support the edges.

ComiD.
AliD, I won't be part of this.

AliD.
Why?(He asked in surprise)

ComiD
The mosquito net given to you, to secure your health is what you have brought for maize garden

AliD
It doesn't matter, that is what people use this days, at least, it saves cost of buying new net. You can see it over there(He pointed to his neighbors backyard. That have made garden with mosquito nets). Some use it on their windows, some use it for sponge, and many things. It sure saves cost.

ComiD
That is bad. All those things you list are abuse of that net. I am very sure many of you fall victim of malaria and then accuse an unknown witch. You are not wise enough to sleep under mosquito net.

AliD
The reason why I lined up to get this, is because of this garden. Malaria is normal around here. Mine is ones per month..

ComiD
Malaria is not normal. One of the ways it can be prevented is by sleeping under treated mosquito net. Fix it on your bed and sleep under it. Using it for garden or whatever has no relationship with health is simply wrong.

AliD.
Do you use it?.

ComiD
Yes, I do, my family do and that is why I bounce always

AliD
Now, I have change my mind. Come and help me fix it in my room. I will look buy a real garden net next market.

ComiD
